“Just start! We have a habit of trying to perfect everything before launching, but you will also 100% change as you grow, so why not just get out there and continue to improve throughout your experience and growth?”

3 Steps to Getting into the CEO Mindset

A major key to scaling a creator business to 7-figures is to get into the CEO mindset. For Krista, this happened “as soon as we were making money and hired our first employee,” as she recalls. “I didn’t really understand the term, but I knew that we were doing something powerful and that calling myself CEO was part of the plan to scale.”

If you want to make more money online, it’s time to shift into the creator CEO mindset. Here are Krista’s steps to do that: 

1. Show up online consistently: Plan ahead or batch content so that you can be consistent even when you don’t feel like showing up!
2. Know exactly who you’re talking to and what problem you’re solving: This can take some time, but when you are clear on this, everything else is easy.
3. Diversify your income: By diversifying income streams, creators can maximize their revenue potential and build a more sustainable online business. I will never forget that early on in my career, someone told me that most millionaires have at least six income streams, so I made a point of creating those streams to increase my income overall!
