- Provide Value: Always remember that social media is an exchange. 鈥淧eople are trading their valuable time for the content that you鈥檝e created, so it鈥檚 your responsibility to make it worth their time,鈥 she says. 鈥淲hether it鈥檚 a laugh, a lesson, or a tug at the heart strings, you need to leave your viewer with value.鈥
- Be Relatable: The key to virality is creating content that resonates with an audience. 鈥淚f I talk about your favorite show, you lean in,鈥 says Meg. 鈥淏ut if I talk about a movie you鈥檝e never heard about, you tune out. Find ways to use relatability to make an audience lean in and feel connected to what you鈥檙e saying.鈥
